Advs. Yoav Caspi, Yaniv Dekel and Michal Sagi filed a lawsuit against Arkia on behalf of the Spanish company Silon, demanding that Arkia sell its shares in Aerohandling, a company that provides ground handling services in airports in Israel, to Silon.

Adv. Yoav Caspi, head of the Commercial Law Department: “as a single shareholder, Silon will be able to build and support the company. Silon believes that Aerohandling can be a strong company, one that can grow and flourish when the flights are back on track and international aviation recovers.”
