Indictment subject to a hearing against two contractors who won the tenders for the H-1000 Compound in Rishon LeZion.

The Taxation and Economy Prosecutor’s Office also notified member of Rishon LeZion City Council, Eyal Moshiyov, and former CEO of the Rishon LeZion Financial Company, Nitzan Peleg that it is considering prosecuting them, subject to a hearing, for offenses of fraud and breach of trust.

The investigation was conducted by the National Fraud Investigations Unit, Lahav 433, of the Israel Police, in cooperation with the Tax Authority and the Money Laundering Prohibition Authority.
