בתיקי הפירוק והכינוס עובדת המחלקה בשיתוף פעולה מלא מול מחלקות המשרד הרלוונטיות ובהן מחלקת הליטיגציה המסחרית, מחלקת המימון, מחלקת דיני העבודה ומחלקת המיסים.
