Following a news item published in July 1st 2021 regarding the submission of a report that included an initial outline to promote a creditors’ settlement in the Exphone case, submitted by Advs. Amit Lederman, Idan Miller and Faris Jbely from Insolvency department, GLOBES newspaper published yesterday that Adv. Lederman appealed to the court and asked to promote a settlement that will ensure Exphone’s activity, otherwise the company will end in Insolvency.
