Our firm held a special meeting for entrepreneurs on ‘Tips for the novice entrepreneur and allocating options to employees in start-up companies’ – in collaboration with ESOP from Excellence and ‘The Nest’.

On the path of the novice entrepreneur lie countless questions and important decisions, including remuneration of the company’s employees.

During the meeting we provided the novice entrepreneur with advice (what does a founders agreement contain, what is an IP, invention, etc.), and discussed topics such as the options and their implications for the employee and the company, who may receive options under section 102, what is the exercise price and blocking period and more.
