Further to publication of an update concerning the draft recommendations documents on the issue of privacy aspects in job candidate’s waiver of medical confidentiality and the disclosure of medical information with employment acceptance, we held a webinar for legal counsels on the subject of ‘Aspects of Privacy at the Work Place – an Employer’s Guide’ headed by Adv. Eyal Sage, head of the Law & Tech department, Adv. Helit Simchoni, head of the labour Laws department and Adv. Shir Shoshany-Katz from our firm – together with the ACC labour Laws Forum, managed by Adv. Merav Kedmi-Tuval.
