“Advocacy” is a proceeding within which the Competition Authority advises various government bodies on all matters pertaining to the various regulations that affect competition.
The Authority enables interested companies to vote on failures in the regulatory market, such as high threshold conditions for government tenders, that restrict the entry of new players, surplus regulation that impedes competitions, innovation, etc.
We invite legal counsels and regulation managers to an advanced study headed by Avi Grossman, head of our firm’s Competition and Antitrust field and formerly an officer in the Competition Authority, on the subject of the inherent potential of “advocacy” and its ability to initiate and assimilate changes in regulation, while being assisted by professional factors in the Competition Authority.

The advanced study is together with the ACC Israel competition forum, managed by Adv. Hila Biton Argov, Vice President of Legal Counsel at Kimberly-Clark.
