Adv. Eti Larom specialises in real estate law in all its aspects, providing legal counsel and representation to construction and development companies in real estate transactions. She also represents developers in urban renewal projects, including TAMA 38/2 initiatives and evacuation-reconstruction transactions.

Adv. Hila Faber has expertise in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on the high-tech and venture capital industries. She advises a wide range of clients in Israel and abroad, representing both Israeli and international clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investments in start-ups, venture capital funds, and private equity funds. Hila has been recognised by the Legal 500 international ranking guide for her achievements in the high-tech and venture capital fields.

Adv. Dana Klemenzon-Avraham began her career at our firm in 2017 as a trainee in our Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department. Following her qualification, she returned as an associate in the department and has since been involved in various real estate matters, advising clients on a range of real estate transactions.
