Congratulations to our client, Yam Suf Real Estate (part of the Papoushado Group), which specializes in urban renewal projects, on the commencement of the construction of the Highline Project in Ramat Gan.

This week, a demolition ceremony was held for the three buildings containing 33 residential units on Aba Hillel Street. In their place, a 22-story building with 100 residential units will be constructed, featuring an underground parking garage and a commercial boulevard. The project is expected to be completed and occupied by 2028.
