We are pleased to congratulate our client, the Nexar Company, which develops AI technologies and automation for cars, on completion of acquiring the American-Portuguese Veniam company, which developed a smart wireless network for cars.

This is Nexar’s first acquisition and constitutes a significant step for the company and the future of the data industry for transport vehicles.

The acquisition was accompanied by lawyers Daniel Chinn, Saar Binyamin, Aviel Rosenberg and Bar Buhnik – and intern Yiska Friedman of our firm’s High Tech Department.
