Congratulations to our client, Cnaan Group, a leading residential real estate developer, on the launch of Phase 3 of the large-scale ‘Alma’ urban renewal project in the Levi Eshkol (South) complex in Kiryat Ono.

The project includes thousands of square meters of office and commercial space, 1,500 square meters of public facilities, the construction of four kindergartens, and the development of 755 residential units, of which 232 belong to current property owners.

With the start of the third and final phase, 72 apartments in three railway-style buildings, comprising nine entrances, have been demolished. In their place, 180 apartments will be built in two 20-story towers. The overall project will include ten buildings ranging from 12 to 20 stories, replacing 11 old structures with 765 housing units, 232 of which are designated for existing property owners, alongside approximately 6,000 square meters of commercial space.

The project is being handled by our Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department, represented by Advs. Aharon Barda, Elad Cohen, and Gal Sarusi-Brom.
