We congratulate Brill Group, a client of our firm, on the acquisition of the Aldo shoe brand from the Eurotex Group.

Brill Group is the manufacturer of Gali shoes and the importer of international footwear and clothing brands, such as Timberland, Nautica, Nine West, and more. This acquisition further expands its market share.

As part of the deal, the company will operate 26 chain stores and employ 100 workers.

The transaction was led by Gadiel Bluestein, a partner in our firm who has been advising Brill Group since its inception, and Adv. Gal Lavi from our firm’s corporate law department.
