Congratulations to Adv. Ohad Zalevsky and the staff of his office to the firm.
Adv. Zalevsky established his firm, in 2015, after retiring from the firm of Haim Tzadok & Co., where he was a senior partner and director of the real estate department. Ohad and his team specialize in real estate and provide a comprehensive and in-depth legal service in real estate, including: accompanying land acquisition and improvement, accompanying real estate projects and complex real estate transactions (commerce, residential, logistics and industrial centers), accompanying urban renewal projects (evacuation of construction and NPA 38), Planning and construction, accompanying residential projects and more.
The team promotes and accompanies prominent real estate transactions throughout the country, including large-scale residential, employment and commercial projects, in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem and Beer Sheva.
Ohad Zalevsky himself has rich legal experience of over 30 years in all areas of real estate, planning and construction.
Member of the Bar Association since 1988, and holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Tel Aviv University.
With him are the staff of his office: Adv. Elad Cohen, Adv. Moran Baruch-Gelbert, and Adv. Shani Ozeri.
