The Privacy Protection Authority recently published a draft document concerning mandatory informing as part of the collection and use of personal data.
In the document, the Authority is reviewing the legal source from whence mandatory informing duty derives, refers to mandatory informing on the collection and use of personal data, emphasizes the importance of informing where acknowledgement and transparency are concerned, and moreover – relates to several particularly interesting subjects, which in some cases constitute the first reference to the subject.
