Last week Consumer Protection Regulations (Database for Marketing restrictions) 2022 were published in the official records, designed to assist in the operation of the “Don’t Call Me Database”, that will allow consumers to input their telephone numbers and thereby restrict marketing calls (including electronic media, such as voice calls and WhatsApp chats) from businesses.
