Adv. Gidon Even-Or, a partner in our firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, represented Jaber Media (operator of the Panet.co.il website, a leading news site in the Arab sector in Israel) before WIPO – World Intellectual Property Organization arbitration institution, in a dispute over ownership of the Panet.com domain and an extortion attempt of the owners of this domain.

The arbitration institution accepted our claim in full and transferred ownership of the Panet.com website to the client.
