Advs. Eli Eshel and Meytal Katz-Rozenberg, partners in our Real Estate Department, led the Levy Eshkol project in Kiryat Ono.

The project (worth 750 million NIS ) revolves around an agreement with Tidhar to carry out a construction evacuation project in the Levy Eshkol complex (south) in Kiryat Ono; it is intended for the construction of thousands of square meters of offices and commercial space, 1,500 square meters of storage space, more than 750 apartments and four kindergartens.
