In the article “Court indication to officers: you cannot hide behind lawyers” for Globes, Adv. Pilichovski-Czyzyk related to the continuing trend of rulings by the courts: “The ruling emphasizes that the final responsibility for diffusing the reporting issue is that of the officer and not of the lawyer”, she stated.  “The officer has to at least ask the question of whether to report and will carry the responsibility”.
