Adv. Vered Halperin, a partner in the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department of our firm, was invited to lecture to the participants on future trends in the residential real estate market in Israel, due to her extensive knowledge of the field as well as her experience in legal representation and asset management for foreign residents and new immigrants.

Adv. Halperin provided a comprehensive overview of the local real estate market in all its aspects and the guidance and support process required for an immigrant purchasing their first home in Israel, taking into account mental and linguistic differences. She also emphasized key points in negotiating and entering into contractual agreements for purchasing a property.
