Adv. Sharon Kahana, Head of the White Collar Department in our firm and formerly a senior prosecutor in the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Taxation and Economics), was hosted in Walla News! studio, on the morning of the trial of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Adv. Kahan talked about the Criminal Procedure Law, prleiminary pleas including abuse of process, and the legal hearing that will focus on the opening of investigation without the approval of a legal counsel, and about retaining defendants’ rights regardless of the personality on trial.
