Adv. Shani Marom, a partner in our Labour Law Department, spoke at the HRus Recruitment Community Conference on non-compete and confidentiality in the workplace, attended by over 600 HR and recruitment managers.

Adv. Marom participated in a panel moderated by Adv. Rivka Makover, former head of the Regulation Department and supervisor of the Women’s Labor Law at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, now a lecturer in labor law. She discussed non-compete clauses and trade secrets, reviewed the legal landscape in Israel, and examined recent case law trends as well as global developments.

The discussion also included an open dialogue on employer challenges in the modern workforce, providing practical tools for navigating this evolving environment.
