Adv. Shani Marom, Partner in our Labour Law Department, was interviewed on Tel Aviv Radio’s “Atzmai Bashetach” (Independent in the Field) programme, which explores key issues in the world of work and business.

In the latest episode, dedicated entirely to employee rights in the workplace, Adv. Marom was asked about employment relations and the impact of technology on the job market, including the changes artificial intelligence is bringing to both employees and employers.

Adv. Marom, who represents employers and senior executives, emphasised the importance of responsible AI usage in the workplace and ensuring accessibility of these tools to employees. She noted that “AI is still at the level of an intern, and it must be carefully reviewed.”
