Jeanne said that he has recently held several hearings on temporary injunctions and believes that “there is no reason not to hold ‘ordinary’ hearings, such as, for instance, pretrial hearings and hearings of non-urgent applications, and there is room to allow judges’ discretion as to which hearings may be held nonetheless.”.
