In the lecture Helit related to several issues the employer must consider when undergoing a transaction that entails structural change and exchange of employers. At each of the transaction stages consideration must be given to the transition of employees from one employer top another.

Helit also presented that the point of origin determined by certain rulings and legislation is the attachment employees’ have to their place of work, with the purpose of retaining their rights.
