Adv. Eyal Roy Sage, Head of the Law & Tech Department at our firm, participated in an expert panel on legal risk management and liability boundaries in the era of artificial intelligence.

Regarding the impact of the current regulatory situation in key countries around the world, Eyal noted that circumstances where there is no overarching law are not necessarily preferable for companies operating in the field, and perhaps even the opposite. Eyal also discussed the challenges faced by companies in the case of regulatory oversight, while offering practical recommendations for actions to reduce various risks, including the risk of non-compliance.

The panel took place as part of the “Smart Law” seminar organised by the Tel Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association, in collaboration with the Tzvi Meitar Institute for Technological Innovation, Law, and Ethics at Reichman University.
