Adv. Dana Battat, a partner in our firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, and who co-heads, inter alia, our internship programme, participated in the Association of Corporate Council ACC Israel annual convention on a panel discussing Managing a Legal Career in 2025.
The panel, officiated by journalist Keren Marciano and participated by officers, discussed the relationships of external legal advisors and lawyers, the work market regarding the Y generation and legal tech.
Dana answered the questions regarding legal advisors and lawyers relations, that “there is a wonderful synergy between legal advisors and the external office during regular work, professionally and in terms of personnel.
Firstly, we are working towards a common goal, to arrive at the best result for the company’s business activities.
Secondly, in the firm we are training lawyers to excellence, some of which will then go on to realize their skills with our clients as leading legal advisors. Some even return to the firm as partners, when they miss home.”
