Adv. Buky Katzman from our firm participated in the annual conference of the Bar Association in a panel on dispute resolution, which discussed the ‘behind the scenes’ of mediation, conciliation, and arbitration proceedings.

The session was attended by the Honorable judge Tamar Avrahami and the Honorable judge Doron Hasdai (Tel Aviv District Court), and senior attendings from leading law firms in the economy.

As a mediator and representative of the parties, Buky referred to the difference between mediation with a retired judge and mediation with a commercial attorney, identifying the interests between the lawyer and the client and the test of the result – which is true for both mediator and party representative – achieving mediation and victory in legal proceedings.
