The acquisition of Marathon (operator of the WE4G brand) by Klirmark Capital has been completed, and as a result, the company will resume its role as a mobile player in the field of communications.

The transaction was led by Adv. Amit Lederman, partner and head of our Insolvency Department, who was appointed by the court to serve as administrator of the arrangement on behalf of Marathon.
