Yesterday the final version of the Privacy Protection regulations was published (Instructions on the matter of data transferred to Israel from the European economic region), which includes an expansive directive whereby the regulations will apply to Israeli data that did not arrive from the European economic region if it is in a database that includes data that did arrive from Europe – a matter that requires comprehensive preparation.
