Inter alia the matters stated by Adv, Kohane: “The person in question is a key witness who was not randomly selected as the first witness by the prosecution. She was there to provide an inside view of the cigars and champagne ‘supply line’, on Netanyahu’s awareness of the matter and the importance Milchan attributed to it. The cross examination indicated faults in her report and the limitations of being able to establish decisive findings based on it, beyond reasonable doubt, as is required in felony law”.
