Later on, Hon. Judge Noa grosman of the Tel Aviv District Court, lectured on proper conduct in court.
This lecture is the first in a series of sessions by the Academy on the subject of ‘The Judicial Proceeding – the strategy of conducting a civil case in court and alternative ways for resolving disputes’, that are academically coordinated by Adv. Buky Katzman.
The sessions will deal with arbitration, mediation and strategies of conducting civil cases in court – and in alternative ways for resolving disputes. The sessions will also present the judges perspective concerning conduct in court, the court work loads and the referral of said litigants to said alternative proceedings.
