The former President of the National Labour Court, Hon. Judge (retired) Mr. Yigal Plitman, who serves as a special consultant to our firm, spoke at the CPA Association convention in Eilat.

Mr. Plitman gave a lecture on the subject of the right to privacy at the workplace in the modern era – from the time of being accepted to the workplace and until conclusion. Mr. Plitman described the court point of view on the inevitable encounter between the right to privacy and modern technology, where the workplace, which is not necessarily permanent, becomes a digital arena in which the computer and cellular telephone are regular work tools. Mr. Plitman also related to the issue of working from home and the significance of a work accident at home, a significance on which he has written about in the past in the press.
