Our firm held a Webinar on the subject of A Summary of 2022 and Corporate Counsel Preparations for 2023 – in the field of Competition Laws.

The webinar was led by Adv. Avi Grossman, head of the competition and antitrust field at our firm, and who up until several months ago, headed the field of communication, high-tech IP at the Competition Authority, at which he served in various capacities for 14 years. 

Adv. Grossman reviewed the changes that have taken place in the field over the past year, and related to rulings that affected the entire sector. He also presented a unique point of view – as a former high-ranking officer in the Authority – on the major expected proceeds for 2023 and proposed practical tools for corporate counsels. 

Adv. Vered Pilichovski-Czyzyk, who heads the Capital Market and Securities department at our firm, and who up until this year was a management member of the corporate department at the Securities Authority and even headed the department’s legal advisory array, participated in the webinar and related to the gap between securities laws with the objective of transparency and disclosure and competition laws, and the impact that can result. She also related to the subject of public expression by officers and controlling partners. 

The webinar was held in conjunction with the Competition and Antitrust Forum of ACC Israel – Association of Corporate Counsel in Israel. The forum is managed by Adv.
