The security challenges Israel has been contending with since October 7th alongside the human need for reinforcing social solidarity and civilian commitment for the good of the country, have made conscription of the ultra-orthodox community a matter of sustainability, both in answer to security needs and to maintain national resilience.

Law Firm, together with the leading law firms in Israel, have called upon the Israeli Government to recenter, stop the legislative process and act to legislate a conscription law that promotes the need for equality and proportionate sharing of the burden.
