Adv. Yoav caspi, head of the Corporate department, and Adv. Vered Pilichovski Czyzyk, head of the Capital Market and Securities department at our firm, were interviewed for The Marker – capital market and corporate government magazine.
The interview reviewed the proposed amendments to the Companies Law, designed to adapt corporate government rules to companies without a control locus, valuated their effect on the market, and emphasized that despite the law principals being based on the disbursed American capital market norms, adaptations were made to the local market.
