Congratulations to our clients, the Teleclal and BuyMe technologies on completing an investment transaction of NIS 10 million on the online marketing platform for Vasa flower bouquets, which will be expanding and operating in 50 stores distributed nationwide, and will become a significant factor on the flower bouquet market in Israel.
The investment transation is part of an expansion procideure by the Teleclal Group in general, and particularly of BuyMe, which out firm is proud to accompany, and it is the first investment made through the RT Capital Fund, which was established by the Teleclal Group and 13 Network (whose establishment was also accompanied by our firm). 

The investment transaction on behalf of BuyMe was accompanied by lawyers Assaf Lapid and Sariel Cohen from our firm’s Corporate Department.
